In today’s Greek housing market, where demand far outstrips supply, shared living is becoming the norm. Building on this insight, Flatcake created Greece’s first-ever property listing website dedicated to shared rental spaces.

With an established brand identity and name, Flatcake approached us to design and develop their website. Expanding on their existing logo, we created a cohesive design system featuring an extensive set of custom icons to illustrate housing amenities, product features, and UI elements. A bold colour palette applied across different sections, paired with friendly illustrations, reinforces the brand’s personality and ensures inclusivity for a diverse audience.

Flatcake’s website is intuitively designed around interactive features, with advanced search filters to reduce browsing frustration. Additionally, we introduced a series of onboarding features to guide users seamlessly through the platform.
